1. Why is Printing Important?

2. What is Bleed?
The ‘bleed’ can be explained as being a border around your print which is left for trimming or ensuring a precise print. When designing your print, always ensure that there is 3mm around the circumference of your print to ensure that your design will be transferred correctly every time.
3. What is ‘DPI’?
Dots per inch. This is not to be confused with pixels per inch. DPI is the amount of ink dots there are in per inch of print. As a required standard, there should be at least 300 DPI and anything below is not a good resolution for printing.

8. What Should I Include in My Printing?

10. What Is The Difference Between Pages and Leaves?
Typically, a page is a side of paper whereas a leaf is a sheet of paper. This would mean that a leaf of paper could therefore be two printed pages, also known as double sided.
