Can you use my artwork?

We can accept artwork created in either Apple Mac or PC based applications. For example the most popular are Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, MS Word and MS Publisher. Files can be supplied to us either on a disk, by email, ftp sites or various cloud services.

What if I haven't got any artwork?

Whether you would like us to create you a corporate logo and layouts from scratch or bring your own ideas to life, we'd love to help and can provide a full studio service.

Will I see a proof before you start printing?

We will submit proofs for your approval on all new jobs or where we have been asked to amend existing artwork we have on file. The proof is usually sent as a pdf via email unless requested otherwise.

How long will my order take?

Once you have approved your proofs, delivery is usually within 5 working days. If your job is required for a specific date, please make us aware of this when ordering.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is required in full with your first order. Please request a credit application form should you wish to apply for a 30 day credit account.

What about delivery?

It's FREE to all addresses in the Birmingham area. For all other mainland UK addresses, consignments are sent via overnight carrier on a next day service.
